Parkland Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Full Time - Night nurse to join the Central Staffing Office. You will provide care to an assigned patient population in accordance with established protocols and the multidisciplinary plan of care, using independent, dependent, and interdependent interventions to restore stability and prevent complications.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, with at least two years of nursing experience, a current RN license (or valid

Qualificações

Two years of nursing experience.
Current RN license or valid temporary permit with the Texas Board of Nursing; or, valid Compact RN license.
Current healthcare provider CPR course completion from one of the following: American Heart Association, American Red Cross Rescuer, Military Training Network.

Responsabilidades

Provide care to assigned patient population in accordance with current State of Texas Nurse Practice Act, protocols, and plan of care.
Exercise independent judgment in providing nursing care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff.
Ability to provide direction to non-nursing staff and serve as a preceptor.
Pass Medication Examination prior to hospital orientation.
