Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the state of Michigan.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delivers patient care based on acuity and departmental needs.
• Identifies and responds to physical or emotional health risks with appropriate actions.
• Maintains accountability for decisions using evidence-based practices and protocols.
• Seeks supervision when needed to ensure safe care and collaborates on complex issues.
• Develops, revises, and evaluates individualized care plans reflecting patient goals and needs.
• Ensures continuity of care with appropriate interventions and documentation.
