Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in Pleasanton, CA, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on a 12-hour night shift, following California Nursing Practice Act standards.

The RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, coordinates care, educates patients and families, and supports quality and safety initiatives. California CA license and AHA BLS required; ICU and ED experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year acute care ICU RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year Emergency Department RN experience.
• Current CA RN License and American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data and planning care.
• Safely perform and document care per standards of care.
• Coordinate care with other providers and educate patients and families.
• Teach self-care and illness prevention to patients and families.
• Support department goals and participate in hospital committees as assigned.
