Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within the California Nursing Practice Act framework. The RN will assess patients, plan and implement care, and coordinate with the care team while educating patients and families to prevent complications.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, 2 years of acute care RN experience, and active CA RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 2 years acute care RN experience.
• Current CA RN license.
• Current BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and document data through interviews and assessments.
• Provide direct patient care following nursing process.
• Coordinate care with other providers and educate patients and families.
• Document care plans and monitor patient responses.
• Attend department meetings and support organizational goals.
• Adhere to C-I-CARE standards in patient interactions.
