Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• Current CA RN License.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data through interviewing, history taking, and physical assessment findings.
• Obtain accurate assessment data and interpret normal vs abnormal results.
• Determine nursing diagnoses and plan care accordingly.
• Document care plans and administer nursing procedures per standards of care.
• Coordinate care with providers and educate patients and families to support self-care.
