Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license in Washington or MLS
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility
• Specialty certification preferred
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating
• Apply nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs
• Foster learning environments for patients, families and staff
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
