MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital in Yakima, WA is seeking an experienced Staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This 0.9 FTE position covers nights with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend, offering an opportunity to impact patient care and outcomes within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and healthcare team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting patient autonomy and dignity.
