Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or endorsed education within five years of hire.
• Registered Nurse license (WA State or MSL) required.
• BLS Certification required; ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP may be required by department.
• One year of acute care experience preferred; advanced nursing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
