Qualifications

• Current Maine nursing license is required.
• BSN preferred.

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial age-appropriate nursing assessments.
• Reassesses patients regularly and documents changes.
• Develops and implements care plans with physicians.
• Administers medications using five rights and med verify.
• Mentors and communicates with the care team and MDT.
• Participates in discharge planning and follow-up calls.
