Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the 4E General Medical Unit in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role covers 7:00pm–7:30am with every-other-weekend shifts, 36 hours per week, and a starting hourly range that reflects experience. Travel is not required.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or BSN required to practice nursing in Illinois.
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
- Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
- Communicates clearly with patients and colleagues in person, by phone and in writing.
- Educates patients and families based on assessment to meet learning needs.
- Participates in evaluating nursing practice quality and effectiveness through quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.
