Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license is required.
• If IV therapy/management is needed, applicable training/credentials must be in place.
• Experience or hours as LPN across the lifespan is preferred.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Assess and respond to residents' needs, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and communicate effectively.
