Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Leominster, MA night shift. The role uses the nursing process from admission to discharge and requires current MA nursing licensure. This is a non-exempt position with 7:00pm–7:30am shifts, holidays and weekends on a rotating schedule.

A signing bonus may be available; selection will consider hours worked, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred/current.
• BSN highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process to plan and manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plans of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care in the unit.
