Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate LPNs to join a close-knit team. Work includes direct resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with RNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kentucky
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN and care team
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff
• Ensure residents receive care with dignity, respect, and compassion
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
