Job summary

Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team. We offer a supportive, small-facility environment with strong staff-to-resident ratios for personalized care.

As an RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, supervise aides, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high standards of care and safety.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Kentucky.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Uphold standards of safety, infection control, and quality care.
