Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately report and record residents' conditions.

• Perform duties in compliance with guidelines.

Registered Nurse-RN Credentials and Responsibilities

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
