Job summary

Freeman Health System in Freeman, SD is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a part-time, night shift role. You will administer respiratory care under physician direction and monitor patient responses to treatments as prescribed.

Candidates must be Arkansas-licensed, hold a Registered Respiratory Therapist certificate, have BLS, and 0–3 years of experience with a Diploma or AAS in Respiratory Therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Board of Medicine to practice in the State of Arkansas.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate.
• Current BLS or required within 7 days of hire.
• 0–3 years of respiratory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy program with a Diploma or AAS Degree.

Responsibilities

• Administer pharmacological, diagnostic, and therapeutic respiratory care as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor patient signs, symptoms and response to treatments and diagnostics.
• Ensure accurate assessment and observation during respiratory procedures.
