Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to administer respiratory care as prescribed by physicians and to monitor patient responses throughout treatment and testing. The role requires a valid Arkansas licensure and an RRT credential.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Arkansas by the Board of Medicine.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certificate.
• Current BLS or obtain within 7 days of hire.
• 0–3 years of respiratory experience in healthcare.
• Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program with a diploma or AAS degree.

Responsibilities

• Administer pharmacological, diagnostic, and therapeutic respiratory care agents as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess, observe, and monitor signs, symptoms, behavior, and physical response to treatments and testing.
