AdventHealth in Littleton, CO is seeking a Part-time Respiratory Therapist to join a care-focused team. The role involves providing respiratory therapies across age groups, operating ventilators, and ensuring safety and accuracy in patient care.

You will document in the EMR and collaborate with families to support learning and recovery. The position emphasizes adherence to infection control, precise assessment, and the ability to work nights in a fast-paced hospital setting while maintaining

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• NBRC credential maintained as a condition of eligibility.
• Active state CRT or RRT credential required or preferred.
• Experience with ARDS, ventilators and ABG procedures is expected.
• Proficiency with oxygen delivery and inhaled therapies.
• Strong patient education and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Demonstrates respiratory techniques for neonate to geriatric patients.
• Administers respiratory therapies and manages ventilation support.
• Documents data in EMR after each patient interaction.
• Operates ventilators and performs airway management tasks.
• Performs ABG puncture and blood analysis per protocol.
• Maintains infection control and sterilization procedures.
• Develops teaching plans with family involvement when appropriate.
