Job summary

UCHealth Broomfield Hospital in Colorado is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join a dynamic team for the Nights shift. This full-time, onsite role offers 72 hours per pay period with a pay range of $31.61–$47.41 per hour, dependent on experience.

Growth through a structured career ladder is provided along with comprehensive rewards. Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, NBRC RRT certification, state licensure, and completion of PALS, ACLS, NRP

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC.
• State licensure.
• PALS within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• NRP, ACLS and BLS from date of hire.
• BLS/CPR card valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides respiratory therapy in a direct patient care environment using established protocols and best practices.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal care outcomes.
• Precepts and mentors new staff and fosters ongoing clinical learning.
