Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from NBRC or obtained within three months of hire.
• BLS certified from AHA or ARC upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS certification upon hire and maintain current or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate upon hire and maintain current or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Two years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and pulmonary diagnostic services in acute care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document care across patient populations.
• May serve as Lead RCP during shift to oversee section/department.
