Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a part-time/per diem, night shift position in Respiratory Therapy. The role involves patient assessment, plan, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care across age groups.

The candidate must hold Maryland licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and ACLS; NRP is required for NICU assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be a Maryland-licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner with RRT credential.
• ACLS required; NRP if NICU.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• CPR training with recertification every two years.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for a defined group of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality care.
• Provide care for neonate to geriatric patients as per unit scope of care.
• Involve patient family or guardians and outside agencies as needed in assessment and care.
• Support the Mission of Holy Cross Health and Trinity Health.
