Qualifications

• Must be a registered respiratory therapist with RRT credential.
• Current Maryland licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• CPR training with recertification every two years.
• ACLS certification required.
• NRP required if NICU/SCCU work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for assigned group.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality care.
• Provide care for neonate to geriatric patients per unit scope.
• Use growth and development knowledge to tailor care to age.
• Support Holy Cross Health mission and teamwork.
