Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to work full-time flex, 72 hours on 3rd shift/overnight. Hours for the position are 6:30pm -7am. Every 3rd weekend and holiday required.

This position is at Christiana Hospital with rotations to Wilmington Hospital, within a large respiratory care team that supports adult and infant critical care units and other hospital areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoARC Educational Accreditation Committee approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.
• Delaware license or license eligible.
• Previous acute care experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult and infant patients in critical care units.
• Support patients on medical-surgical floors and in the emergency department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver respiratory services.
