Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to work 72 hours on 3rd shift (6:30pm–7am) with every 3rd weekend and holiday. Position rotates between Christiana Hospital and Wilmington Hospital, delivering care across adult/infant units as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include graduation from a CoARC-approved program, state licensure, and current BLS certification; AARC membership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Respiratory licensure in the state of practice (Delaware, Maryland, etc.).
• Current BLS certification.
• AARC member preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult and infant units as part of a specialized team.
• Work in ICU, medical-surgical floors and ED as needed.
• Rotations on 3rd shift with weekend/holiday coverage.
