HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center in Houston, TX is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for full-time night shifts. You will guide patients through routine and critical care, manage ventilation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapies.

The role offers stability, mentorship from RT leaders, and opportunities for professional growth within a large, community-focused health system.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited respiratory care program (AAS or BS).
• NBRC registered respiratory therapist certification and Texas license; BCLS; NRP within 6 months.
• PALS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess respiratory status and determine interventions.
• Deliver oxygen therapy, aerosolized meds, airway clearance, and other treatments.
• Manage ventilation and airway support across care settings.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with physicians and nurses; assist with newborn stabilization when needed.
• Maintain and set up equipment; ensure readiness and infection control.

Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Care
