• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education/experience.
• Licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner in Oregon on hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) on hire.
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association) on hire.
• PALS certification (American Heart Association) within 90 days of hire.
• NRP certification (American Academy of Pediatrics) within 90 days of hire.
