Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our locations. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local amenities.

The role requires a courteous, detail-focused approach and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members. This position features night shifts (11:00pm–7:00am) with weekend availability often required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to operate cash handling and basic math for transactions.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state or within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect keys and claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and revenue as required.
