Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality and vehicle valet services overnight. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and help with directions and reservations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes excellent English communication, accuracy in ticketing, and customer care. Compensation includes an $18/hour base plus tips, with a shift schedule reflecting overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math and time concepts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manage tickets and receipts.
