Pine Street Inn is seeking a Crisis Clinician to work within Housing Clinical Services in the Greater Boston area. You will help tenants stabilize and recover by coordinating care, activating crisis plans, and performing risk assessments in collaboration with housing staff.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, strong clinical skills, and experience with Harm Reduction approaches. Some on-call duties are included.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Master’s degree or higher in a related field (i.e. social work, clinical psychology, counseling, etc.).
• REQUIRED: Clinical skills to assess risk and triage resources, and develop collaborative plans with tenants.
• REQUIRED: Strong computer skills and familiarity with management information systems or databases.
• PREFERRED: Knowledge of Harm Reduction principles and practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop solution-focused interventions to promote stability, wellness and recovery for tenants.
• Coordinate care with housing clinicians and housing support staff.
• Activate crisis plans and conduct in-person risk assessments.
• Coordinate with emergency services personnel when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation within Housing Clinical Services.
