Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Care Associate II at McKenzie Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon.

You will provide support to residents per individualized treatment plans, including personal care, environmental interventions, and limited group activities, under evidenced-based curricula. You will administer prescribed medications, record documentation, and assist with transportation as needed while maintaining productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Must have QMHA registration eligibility through MHACBO.
• Eligibility requires 1 of 3 criteria: a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, or minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience, or an equivalent combination of behavioral science education with experience and training.
• Will be required to register as a QMHA - R through MHACBO during the first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care supports and environmental interventions as outlined by treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts per procedures; count sheets.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed; maintain documentation productivity standards.
