Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is hiring a Residential Care Associate II for the Manzanita Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. This role focuses on personal care, environmental support, and limited group activities with adherence to an approved evidence-based curriculum.

You will administer medications, follow physician orders, and document care while ensuring client safety and compliance with program standards. A QMHA registration pathway is provided, with training and supervision included.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field.
• Or minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting.
• Or equivalent combination of behavioral science education and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents according to individualized treatment plans focusing on personal care, environmental intervention, and group activities.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts and count sheets according to policy.
• Transport clients to and from the program and maintain required documentation.
