ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Junction City, OR seeks a Residential Care Associate II for part-time evening hours to provide support per individualized treatment plans.

The role includes personal care, limited treatment, medication administration, and transport of clients, within the AFSCME bargaining framework. Requirements include QMHA-R registration during the first week, valid driver’s license within 30 days, and successful DHS background check; wage differential applies for night shifts

Qualifications

• Eligibility for QMHA registration through MHACBO, or pending registration within first week.
• Driver’s license must be valid within 30 days of hire and kept clean.
• Must pass a DHS criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Delivering limited treatment services and personal care supports to help clients develop appropriate skills.
• Administering prescribed medications and following physician’s orders per policies.
• Documenting services on medical charts and count sheets in accordance with procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field)

Minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience
