Job summary

A growing non-profit organization in Los Angeles is hiring four Residential Aides for graveyard shift 11pm–7:30am, Monday to Friday.

Roles include monitoring residents, responding to needs, documenting events, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Must have a high school diploma or GED, one year in mental health or related services, a CA driver's license, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to perform under emotional stress and conflict.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security and residents to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to clients' needs promptly and professionally.
• Complete daily logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Monitor doors, greet visitors, and answer phones for residents.
• Document unusual occurrences and report to management.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
