Personalized Nursing LIGHT House (PNLH) is seeking Residential Aide candidates for our Madison Heights location to support residents in a structured behavioral health setting. This role involves night shifts on the weekend, assisting with daily needs, intake and discharge, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Preferred candidates have trauma-informed care experience or training and can pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn internal systems.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in activities and foster a community environment.
• Stocking the bathrooms.
• Turning over resident bedrooms and sanitizing the room.
• Assist with resident intake and discharge processes.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic medical record system.
