Job summary

Switchpoint Inc is seeking a Behavioral Tech to support residents at the Murray facility on Fri–Sun nights (11 pm–7 am). This part-time role emphasizes customer service, safety, and daily log documentation, with responsibilities including maintaining cleanliness and coordinating with management.

The position offers a starting wage of $19 per hour, weekend shifts, and benefits such as medical/vision/dental, transportation allowance, paid time off, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Understand and implement Switchpoint’s mission and values.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents of the facility.
• Keep a daily log of occurrences within the facility on each shift.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform light cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Switchpoint’s mission and values, and adhere to policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents.
• Keep a daily log of occurrences during each shift.
• Coordinate with management to accommodate special needs (dietary, ADA, etc.).
• Update maintenance logs and assist with safety checks.
• Monitor security as assigned and report concerns.
