Friends of Switchpoint Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Tech for a Graves shift (11 pm–7 am) on weekends in Murray, Utah. This part-time role supports residents, records incidents, and helps with daily facility upkeep.

You will work Fri–Sun, handling resident support, documentation, and safety tasks while coordinating with management to meet individual needs. A background in caregiving and a compassionate attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a residential setting
• Ability to document incidents clearly and maintain logs
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Respectful and empathetic communication with residents

Responsibilities

• Support residents during stay and encourage participation in activities
• Document incidents and maintain daily logs
• Assist with housekeeping and safety checks
• Monitor entry points and report concerns
• Coordinate with management on residents' needs
• Lift up to 50lbs as needed
