Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA for night shift to provide quality care and support with activities of daily living. You will assist residents with meals, mobility, hygiene, and safety, while documenting conditions and communicating changes to the nursing team.

You will work closely with the nursing staff, follow facility policies, and participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved Personal Care Aide (PCA) program.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Reports incidents to the appropriate individuals (HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Assists residents with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Performs housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Responds to resident calls for assistance and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Assists in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Assists new residents with move-in transitions and provides emotional support.
