Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Glenshaw, PA is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA for full-time, 3rd shift to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain resident areas.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies.
• Assist with move-in and activity planning.
• Report resident status and care concerns to nursing staff.
• Follow confidentiality policies.
• Support residents during dining and activities.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings.
