Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Moon Township, PA is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant / CNA for the 10pm–6am shift to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, and safety.

You will perform housekeeping, respond to calls, assist with meals and activities, document care, and participate in training. Must have HS diploma or GED and CNA program completion; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Approved personal care aide/CNA program completion per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist mobility.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergency alerts.
• Assist with meals, activities, and mobility.
• Document resident status and transfers as required.
• Support move-in transitions and maintain confidentiality.
