Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA for night shifts in Duluth, MN. You will support residents with daily living activities, observe and document care, and help onboard new Associates, delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
