Job summary

The Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for the Duluth campus. You will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain their surroundings, and help onboard new associates with care and compassion.

The position is full-time with evenings (2:00 pm-10:15 pm) and benefits; you will contribute to a comforting, empowering culture for residents and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
