Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth in Duluth, MN is seeking a Full Time Resident Assistant for the Evening shift (2:00 pm - 8:45 pm). You will support residents with activities of daily living, promote comfort, safety and dignity, and help foster meaningful relationships within a caring team.

As a Resident Assistant you will observe, document daily findings, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and contribute to our mission of hospitality, stewardship, respect and justice in a non-profit

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
