Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Northfield is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment. You will observe, document, and assist with onboarding of new Associates as part of a compassionate care team.

The role requires completing medication administration training, English proficiency, and BLS certification, with responsibilities including communication and prioritization of tasks across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
