Benedictine Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Duluth, MN. You will provide direct resident care, document changes, and collaborate with RNs/LPNs to maintain high quality, dignified daily living for our residents.

We value strong communication, reliable attendance, and adherence to state CNA guidelines. A current CNA registration and BLS certification are required; English reading/writing proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
