Job summary

Sabert Corporation in Greenville, TX is seeking a Repulp Operator for the night shift to manage the pulping process, load recycled paper, monitor water and chemicals, and keep equipment running smoothly.

You will operate forklifts, perform routine maintenance, log bale usage, adhere to safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve issues. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior work as an Operator with basic mechanical experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Written and spoken English required.
• Lift Truck Operator License required.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Dump paper onto pulper conveyor and monitor pulp consistency.
• Operate forklift/clamp truck to move fiber bales.
• Clean and organize pulper area daily.
• Adjust water flow and valves to control pulp consistency.
• Record hourly bale usage and unload paper trucks.
• Coordinate with maintenance to fix issues.
