Job summary

Flexsol Packaging Corp is seeking a Repro Operator for the night shift in Gray Court, SC. The role performs repro from internal and external scrap on a dedicated line, ensuring quality and accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities include line quality checks, data entry, packing spec adherence, and coordinating with maintenance and other zones. A minimum of 6 months on-the-job training is required and safety PPE must be used at all times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check quality of repro line at shift change and hourly.
• Enter correct box information into the plant computer system.
• Ensure packaging follows correct packing specifications.
• Plan order changes and verify scrap/repro IDs are used.
• Verify all paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Change screens every 6 hours on NGR lines.
• Promote safety and ensure PPE compliance.
• Report defective equipment or safety hazards to Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain work area housekeeping throughout shift.
• Maximize production rates while keeping quality intact.
• Prepare for upcoming order changes at least 2 hours in advance.
• Assist Maintenance Dept. as needed.
• Assist other zone Operators when needed.
• Promote teamwork across the plant.
