Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Louisville, KY is seeking a Reprocessing Operator - Nights to support safe, efficient equipment operation and production execution. You will help produce quality product and follow 6S guidelines in a team environment.

The role requires 1+ year of manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and a willingness to support maintenance and documentation tasks during the night shift from 7PM to 7AM.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspections and documentation.
• Willingness to assist team members and perform other duties.
• Physical readiness for standing, lifting, and hot room conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate repro equipment safely to produce quality product.
• Adjust gauges controlling extruder speed, temperatures, and winders.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a safe workspace.
• Produce orders to schedule to meet customer and production needs.
• Perform production labeling and production entry, and document inspections.
