Job summary

Responsibilities include performance reviews, OT management, and cross-functional coordination with process engineers and maintenance. Relocation is not authorized; travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and supervision of 20-50 production employees across five production departments.
• Approve and close production reports to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Ensure administrative services such as audit standards, vacation planning, and overtime are implemented and documented appropriately.
• Facilitate and oversee weekday overtime coverage; fill weekend OT assignments as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations or administer disciplinary corrective action to resolve personnel issues.
• Provide daily management of departments in safety, quality, service, people flow, and material flow using leader standard work and lean audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment and quality problems and establish corrective action plans to eliminate waste.
