Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Technician for our recycling operations in Clackamas, OR, on a full-time night shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM). The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, welding, electrical work, and safe operation of plant equipment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of industrial mechanics experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

2–3 years of verifiable industrial mechanics, welding, and hydraulics.
High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent education, training, and hands-on experience).
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Lift up to 50 lbs and work around active plant equipment.

Responsibilities

Own preventive maintenance schedules and routine troubleshooting for plant production equipment.
Apply mechanical know-how, basic electrical ability, welding, and light carpentry to complete work orders efficiently.
Operate AC/DC welders, oxygen/acetylene cutting tools, forklifts, and a broad range of hand/power tools with care.
Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) rigorously and respect all safety shutoffs before any intervention.
Prioritize daily tasks to align with production demand and minimize downtime.
Document work clearly and communicate status with teammates.
