Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring that extrusion equipment, conveyors, pumps, and motors run reliably to support production.

With a focus on safety and continuous improvement, you will maintain and improve uptime, read blueprints and manuals, and collaborate with operators and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2+ years industrial maintenance experience (extrusion, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems a plus).
Able to read manuals, blueprints, and work orders.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to keep operations running.
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical/electrical issues to maintain production flow.
Inspect, service, and optimize extruders, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other equipment.
Install new equipment and calibrate machines to improve uptime and efficiency.
Work with operators and managers to deliver reliable performance.
